1. Introduction

Catalyst provides a high-fidelity CAT exam preparation and analytics platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

This service is available only to users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. License & Content

2.1 Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Catalyst solely for your personal preparation. You agree not to resell, distribute, or scrape our content.

2.2 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of any notes, reflections ("Why did I get this wrong?"), and personal strategies you create on the platform. By using Catalyst, you grant us a license to use this data to generate your personalized insights and improve our analytics engine.

2.3 CAT Exam Content

Our platform uses official CAT papers adapted for the current pattern. All rights to the original questions belong to the respective IIMs.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 One-Time Payment

Catalyst operates on a simple, one-time payment model for 1-year access. There are no hidden recurring charges.

3.2 Refund Policy (100% No-Questions-Asked)

We stand by our product with a transparent refund policy. You are eligible for a 100% refund if you meet both conditions:

• Condition 1: You have attempted fewer than 2 papers since your purchase (the free sample test does not count)
• Condition 2: Your request is made within 7 days of purchase. For a Plus-to-Pro upgrade, the 7 days count from your original Plus purchase.

To request a refund, open Settings → Billing in your dashboard and press Request refund, or email us at catalystprep.app@gmail.com. A 100% refund returns every payment for your plan, including a Plus-to-Pro upgrade. The refund is issued immediately and banks usually show it within 5–7 working days; your plan stays active until the payment provider confirms it, after which your account moves to the Free plan. 4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials (one account = one aspirant)
• Use bots or scrapers on our platform
• Reverse engineer our analytics or interface

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Disclaimer

Catalyst is an educational tool. While our analytics provide strategic insights ("Signal"), we do not guarantee specific exam outcomes or admissions. Your performance depends on your execution on exam day.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
